Christmas is Coming!

So, I realize it’s still October. But….the holiday season is approaching! I wanted to do something to thank all of you, my wonderful clients, for their support throughout this year. You all are so wonderful, and it makes me so happy to be able to work with such wonderful people all the time! But, my printing companies get hit pretty hard around the holiday season, so I wanted to do this promotion early enough that your pictures will be in time for Christmas!

The Details: Some of you may have gotten an email from me, with an email newsletter company I use. I guarantee (and they guarantee) that your email address is perfectly safe! All galleries will be re-opened on November 1, and will stay open until November 15 (or whatever the original expire date is). Unfortunately, the offer is only good on orders $50 and greater. Just enter the code “HOLIDAYJOY” at checkout! This offer can not be combined with your early bird discount, but can be used instead. Please let me know if you have any questions!

I’ve also been doing some web “housework” this evening! You might notice a few little things different around the blog, and new header images! (Check it out if you’ve had a session recently, you might be there!) I’ve also added some new packages to the photocart and a link to ideas for placing your images around your house.

I also wanted to thank everyone for their patience with me this semester. Being married, taking 18 hours of classes, and running the business is seriously taking it’s toll on me. But…approximately 50 or so more school days (not counting weekends/breaks) and I will be done with classes for good!!! Woo hoo!!! Which means more home cooked meals, a cleaner house, a less picked on husband (haha…poor guy…he puts up with me so well :) ), going to sleep before 3 am, and more time to devote to you all!! I can’t wait!

SO….in closing…thank you all so much! I hope everyone has a fantastic week!

Kindal+Bo | Married!

Saturday was Kindal and Bo’s GORGEOUS vintage-themed wedding in Berea, Ky. It was so amazing! (And the bride used more hairspray than I’ve ever see! ;-) Haha that was for you, Kindal!) I had so much fun, Kindal and her bridesmaids had me cracking up all day haha. And, even more fun, my husband got to come along and help out which was awesome. Kindal nicknamed him Teddy Graham lol. Oh geez. Such a good time! Enjoy some of my favorites!

Kindal having her make up done by the fabulous Ana Crane Simpson. (Click her name for link, it’s not showing up a different color for some reason!) Ladies, if you’re still looking for someone to do your make up, give her a call! She is absolutely incredible, and so much fun!

The most incredible bouquet, ever! In her search to really make her wedding details vintage and unique, Kindal typed “vintage bouquets” into Google, and came across a woman in the United Kingdom who makes these! I’m not positive, but I think this may be the website (<link) she found!

Stunning and sassy!

Um, wow. There are no words! She could be a supermodel!

The guys and their Chuck’s! Love it!

Kindal decided she needed to play football with some random boys haha

So in love!

Looooooooooooove this!

They had customized Converse shoes…because they are really that cool!

Hehe! The flower girls were so adorable :)

Kindal saying her vows to Bo’s daughter…I was definitely crying like a baby! It was so sweet

Woooo!

Kindal and one of her students

I could so go for a piece of that cake right now! Haha

And, the slideshow! Congratulations, Kindal, Bo, and Taryn!

Destiny+Patrick | Married!

Destiny and Patrick are pretty much incredible, and know how to throw the best party in town! So it’s safe to say that I had a fabulous time shooting their gorgeous wedding yesterday here in Bowling Green. The reception was by far the best celebration I’ve been to! Destiny and Patrick’s joy and love was just bubbling over all day, it was so beautiful! And there was even a surprise visit from someone you WKU students or alumni might recognize ;-)

Here’s some favorites!

Destiny with her fantastic hair dresser at Hair Expressions

LOVE her!

Lovely girls! I LOVE those bridesmaid dresses!

Patrick’s cufflinks, isn’t that hilarious?!

Handsome groom! Patrick is a strings teacher in Bowling Green, and a fabulously talented bass player!

How gorgeous and happy is she?!

Favorite!

Gorgeous cake! I didn’t get to eat any, but I am guessing it was delicious because it definitely disappeared quickly!

Big Red!

Yay sparklers!

Congratulations, Destiny and Patrick! I hope you have a fantastic and relaxing honeymoon!

Enjoy the slideshow! I was getting bored with my royalty free music so I may have slipped this time….April in Paris by Count Basie, although I’d have to say that October in Bowling Green was pretty awesome yesterday ;-)
